Recover360 is a vegan post-game shake, so it is perfect to accelerate regeneration after a game or very intense training. It was developed according to the motto 360° regeneration to supply the whole body with high-quality nutrients and minerals. Based on the latest scientific findings on the nutrition of footballers, the ingredients and their amounts were compiled. An EAA complex (EAA = essential amino acids) combined with a carbohydrate formula and a majority of minerals, such as high doses of magnesium citrate, ensure an optimal supply of the body and thus a perfect prerequisite for the fastest possible regeneration after an effort.
The carbohydrates in the form of fructose and maltodextrin help the body to refill the emptied glycogen stores as quickly as possible and thus store energy again for the next session. The amino acid complex (protein), which is especially high in leucine and lysine, also helps footballers on a vegan or vegetarian diet to more easily meet their daily lysine requirements during a day of play or intensive training.
Recommended intake:
360Football recommends taking 70g of Recover powder after a match or intense training session. If possible, it should be taken immediately afterwards with approximately 300 to 700ml of water (full 360Football shaker).

Advice: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake (70g). Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Traces of gluten, lactose and soya cannot be excluded, but are not contained in the ingredients. Magnesium supplements may also have a laxative effect.
